Symbol of the Dolomites – UNESCO World Heritage – Tre Cime di Lavaredo are spectacular and unmissable.
To enjoy you need:
- a nice day, possibly a summer weekday;
- comfortable clothes with something to stay warm in case of … (Rifugio Auronzo is at 2333 mt. and the weather is variable);
- walking boots;
- a camera (more comfortable than a smartphone);
- 30 € per car for the parking fee.
From Auronzo di Cadore you reach Misurina in 30 minutes.
From Misurina you need other 10 minutes to arrive to Rifugio Auronzo parking: 7 km of panning paved road.
From Rifugio Auronzo starts the scenic trail: you can easily skirt the Three Peaks in two hours.
In winter from Misurina you can reach Tre Cime with snowshoes, by ski or on a snow cat (Tre Cime Service).
